S.T.O.P. Mindful Awareness practice

STOP is a short mindful awareness practice / coping strategy that can easily be integrated into your day.

​

It only takes a few moments, and allows you to 'reset', take a moment of pause and then proceed more mindfully. It's particularly effective in helping to relieve symptoms of stress "in situ" as they are unfolding.

​

Try it when you either become aware you're experiencing stress of just before you enter a situation that you know you'll find stressful. The practice is ideal for the office as it can be done with your eyes either open or closed.
